Primary Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in executing monthly collection strategies, manage accounts receivable, and support customer reconciliation and reporting.
General Responsibilities- Monthly Reports: Prepare and assist with receivable reports and payment strategies.
- Collection: Implement collection strategies and follow-up with clients via various communication methods.
- Escalation: Escalate problem accounts to the Collections Leader.
- Reporting: Prepare routine and ad-hoc management reports.
- Client Interaction: Act as an escalation point for customer complaints and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Tax Certificates: Follow up with clients for un-submitted Certificates of Withholding Tax (CWT).
- Adjustments: Ensure accurate encoding of adjustment entries in the system.
- Education: College Level, Undergraduate.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic technical or semi-skilled tasks.
- Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Operational Excellence, Results Focus, Collaboration, Innovation.
- Professional Competencies: Computer Proficiency, Attention to Detail, Analytical Skills.
