Key Responsibilities Product Expertise & Clinical Support Become a subject matter expert on BTL's full line of physical therapy products, including high-intensity laser, focused shockwave therapy, radio-frequency and electrotherapy devices. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients, including physical therapists, physicians, and clinic administrators Provide comprehensive clinical training and support to new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in the use of BTL equipment. Act as a clinical resource, answering technical and application-related questions and providing ongoing support to clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy and BTL's product portfolio. Market & Customer Feedback Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and new product opportunities, to the marketing and R&D. Serve a s a bridge between the customer and the company, relaying feedback on product performance and user experience to improve future offerings. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution. Current and valid Physical Therapist license. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist is preferred. Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities, patient assessments, and treatment plans. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn complex technical information quickly and translate it into clear, understandable terms for various audiences. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a proactive problem solver. Comfortable with a blend of clinical and commercial responsibilities. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
