Will be working as a support for Immigration Specialist in administrative tasks for visa applications.
Responsibilities- Will be working as a support for Immigration Specialist in administrative tasks for visa applications
- Liaise in following-up with applicants for visa application requirements
- Gather, review, and assess necessary information and requirements ensuring everything is in place
- Requirements, ensuring all required documents are provided and complete
- Draft and prepare supporting document for visa application
- Endorse completed visa application forms for payment
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for other supporting information or documents needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate mobility, relocation services, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and relocation processes in Metro Manila/NCR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee needs and challenges during relocation.
