Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Manager - Resource Planning to join our dynamic team in Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

  • Develop and implement resource planning strategies to ensure optimal utilization of workforce and assets
  • Analyze resource capacity, demand forecasts, and project requirements to create effective allocation plans
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand resource needs and constraints
  • Utilize resource management software to track and manage resource assignments across multiple projects
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into resource utilization and capacity
  • Identify and resolve resource conflicts, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in resource allocation
  • Contribute to the development of long-term resource planning strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in resource planning best practices
  • Continuously improve resource planning processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in resource management software and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Knowledge of capacity planning and forecasting techniques
  • Understanding of resource allocation strategies and their impact on organizational performance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Experience working in a multinational or global organization is a plus
