Creative Strategist for UK E-Commerce Brand Purolabs Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview Creative Strategist role focused on performance marketing and creative for our UK e-commerce DTC brand. You will own the creative vision behind paid social campaigns and craft scripts, briefs, and copy. This role emphasizes understanding customer pain points, crafting resonant messages, and driving growth through performance-focused creative. What You'll Be Doing Strategy & Planning: Develop end-to-end creative strategies aligned with customer acquisition targets. Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to keep our creative cutting-edge. Map out creative testing roadmaps and campaign calendars. Copywriting & Content Creation: Write direct-response copy, UGC scripts, and ad copy for Meta and TikTok. Craft hooks, CTAs, and messaging that convert. Develop copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Translate complex supplement science into clear, benefit-driven messaging. Production & Collaboration: Create detailed creative briefs for designers and video editors. Collaborate with graphic designers and the marketing team. Manage the creative production pipeline from ideation to launch. Performance & Optimisation: Analyse creative performance metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate, conversion rate, ROAS). Implement A/B testing and rapid iteration based on data insights. Present weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
