Job Description Government Mandated Benefits

Project Execution & Supervision

  • Supervise daily site activities.
  • Ensure construction is performed according to design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and report progress.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with architects, consultants, project managers, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment on site.

Quality Control & Safety

  • Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and safety briefings.
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE).

Problem Solving & Technical Support

  • Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and site problems.
  • Modify plans when necessary and suggest alternative solutions.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain site records including progress reports, material usage, and daily logs.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the project manager or head office.

Material & Resource Management

  • Ensure correct quantities and types of materials are available when needed.
  • Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
  • Civil Engineering
  • Construction Engineering
  • Architecture (for certain types of projects)
Licensure (Philippines)

PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (required or strongly preferred)

Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or construction management software.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Time management and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Experience
  • Entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates.
  • At least 1 year of Site Supervisor experience.
  • Experience with project documentation, site inspections, and team supervision is often required.
