Ensure construction is performed according to design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project timelines and report progress. Coordination & Communication Liaise with architects, consultants, project managers, and subcontractors. Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment on site. Quality Control & Safety Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and safety briefings. Implement health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE). Problem Solving & Technical Support Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and site problems. Modify plans when necessary and suggest alternative solutions. Documentation & Reporting Maintain site records including progress reports, material usage, and daily logs. Prepare and submit reports to the project manager or head office. Material & Resource Management Ensure correct quantities and types of materials are available when needed. Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed. Civil Engineering Construction Engineering Architecture (for certain types of projects) Licensure (Philippines) PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (required or strongly preferred) Technical Skills Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or construction management software. Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Soft Skills Strong communication and leadership abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Time management and the ability to multitask under pressure. Experience Entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates. At least 1 year of Site Supervisor experience. Experience with project documentation, site inspections, and team supervision is often required.
