Overview

Responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of a project, from initial design to final construction, ensuring it meets client needs, adheres to regulations, and is completed within budget. They coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders—investors—translating design requirements into detailed plans and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Documentation: Developing architectural plans, drawings, and specifications based on client requirements.
  • Project Management: Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction; working closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate different aspects of the project.
  • Construction Oversight: Overseeing construction phases, conducting site visits, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintaining a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing issues that arise during the project, finding creative solutions, and maintaining project integrity.
  • Mentorship and Documentation: Providing guidance to junior staff; ensuring proper documentation (resume/CV updates, COE, transcripts, diplomas).
Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect
  • 2 valid government IDs
  • Transcript of records
  • Diploma
  • NBI clearance
  • COE-certification of employments (if applicable)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Start-up salary: 18,000 PHP monthly, with salary increase after 4 months.

The position is focused on constructing and building the houses of our clients. We are seeking a Licensed Architect to start as soon as possible.
