Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled recruiter who can help us find people who share the same passion, work ethics, and values for our current job openings. The Recruitment Specialist will work with each department to develop qualifications for the role and will be exposed from sourcing, creating a talent pool, screening, and negotiation, up to onboarding. Job Description: Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing to providing feedback and negotiating offers. Interview potential employees to determine if they would be a good fit for the organization’s culture and needs Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy Responsible for arranging and conducting interviews and implementing screening assessments Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates Maintain ATS to track and build a database of candidate records and talent pool Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing through to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
