Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
  • Handle bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and government compliance requirements.
  • Support in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Communicate with clients and government agencies regarding accounting and tax-related matters.
  • Assist senior accountants in managing multiple client accounts.
  • Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or other related courses.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting and/or tax compliance.
  • Advantage if with experience in an accounting firm handling multiple clients.
  • Can communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Preferably residing near Lipa City, Batangas.
