Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and travel across time zones Coordinate, monitor, and support projects to ensure deadlines are met Research, organize data, and prepare reports or presentations for decision-making Communicate clearly with clients, teams, and external stakeholders Assist with bookkeeping, purchasing, and documentation Support social media management and content scheduling Deliver consistent, high-quality administrative and operational support Anticipate client needs and act proactively What You Bring Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken Strong organizational and coordination abilities High attention to detail and accountability in execution Professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities Proficiency with productivity and communication tools A proactive, problem-solving, and growth-oriented mindset Preferred Experience Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in executive support for business owners, senior leaders, or C-suite executives Background in customer service, consulting, project management, BPO, or other professional services Skills in bookkeeping, purchasing, documentation, and presentation creation Experience working with international clients and in remote environments Your Remote Setup To succeed in this role, you will need: Windows 10 or 11 Pro, or macOS 12 and above Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam (1080p minimum) Stable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps Basic security and productivity tools such as a VPN, antivirus, and password manager A quiet, well-lit, and ergonomic home workspace Competitive salary with performance-based incentives 100 percent remote work with exposure to global executives and entrepreneurs Continuous training, mentorship, and professional development A supportive culture built on trust, collaboration, and excellence Clear pathways for career growth and leadership opportunities A role where you are not just an assistant but a Business Partner who makes an impact Ready to Start Your Nytebird Journey?
