Job Summary The Senior GTM Operations Analyst improves efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in go‑to‑market (GTM) operations. The candidate is data driven and collaborates with Account Executives, the Director of Revenue Operations, and U.S‑based GTM teams. The role balances operations excellence (processes, systems, reporting) and GTM enablement (training, onboarding, content) to ensure the GTM organization has the right infrastructure and resources. GTM Operations (Processes, Systems, Data Infrastructure) Serve as GTM operations expert, overseeing processes and systems that power GTM, including Salesforce, DocuSign, Download Gateway, and Microsoft Teams. Oversee and update in real‑time Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Quote records in Salesforce. Manage CRM data quality: clean duplicates, standardize fields, and ensure accurate pipeline updates. Manage CLM data quality: oversee correct storage of client contracts and assist cross‑functional team members with contract‑related tasks. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline reviews and revenue forecasting. Partner with U.S. leadership to provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making. GTM Enablement (Tools, Training, Content) Create materials for and host Salesforce enablement sessions for new hires and existing GTM team members. Develop and maintain a centralized content library of GTM resources, workflows, and playbooks. Assess GTM knowledge gaps and suggest targeted training initiatives. Send out a weekly GTM newsletter to ensure alignment on updates, process changes, and key resources. Stand‑up and manage GTM onboarding for new hires: provisioning tools, adding to distribution lists, and ensuring proper training. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 3‑5 years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, or GTM enablement roles. Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and GTM reporting tools. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to engage U.S. stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Operations. Ability to work U.S. hours. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Experience with CPQ quoting in Salesforce. Experience designing and delivering training content. Experience working in global or distributed teams.
