Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the annual planning process and rolling forecast financial reports, as well as preparation and analysis of actual financial results versus budgets, providing insights to support management and the board in decision-making and identifying risks.
• Monitor CAPEX budgets, fixed assets reporting and club event budget, and assist the CFO in financial reporting requirements for Board decision-making, audits, tax compliance reviews, and internal control improvements in financial accounting and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• CPA / BS Accountancy Graduate / Management Accountant
• Proficiency in financial models; advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Finance ERP systems: SAP
• Strong analytical, forward-thinking, and communication skills (oral and written)
• At least 5 years of work experience

Compensation:

• Salary: ₱400,000 - ₱600,000

Overview:

The Financial Reporting and Controls Associate is responsible for supporting the preparation of financial reports, implementing and monitoring internal controls, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.
