About the Role We’re searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Mega Prime Foods Inc. team in Quezon City. What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies. Source high‑potential candidates through social media, job platforms, and professional networks. Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process—from screening and interviews to onboarding. Craft compelling job descriptions and interview guides that reflect each role’s purpose. Forecast hiring needs and build a strong, proactive talent pipeline. Foster meaningful relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. What You Bring A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organized, and driven to deliver results.
