II. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement long-term strategies, goals, and performance indicators. Provide direction to ensure organizational growth, service excellence, and sustainability. Lead policy development and organizational planning. 2. Operations & Administration Oversee daily operations, including clinical and administrative functions. Ensure operational efficiency, patient-centered service delivery, and adherence to healthcare regulations. Develop and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments. Implement continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. 3. Financial & Resource Management Manage the organization’s annual budget, financial planning, and expenditure monitoring. Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency measures. Work with the Finance team to ensure timely reporting, audit readiness, and compliance with financial policies. 4. Human Resource & Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers and key staff. Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, training, and performance management. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. 5. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, DOH policies, licensing requirements, and safety standards. Oversee internal audits, incident reporting, and risk mitigation strategies. Maintain updated organizational permits, certifications, and regulatory documents. 6. Stakeholder Relations & Communication Represent the organization in meetings, partnerships, and collaborations. Maintain strong relationships with healthcare networks, government agencies, suppliers, and community partners. Ensure clear communication with employees, board members, and external stakeholders. 7. Program & Service Development Lead the design, expansion, and evaluation of programs and clinical services. Introduce innovations that improve patient outcomes, service delivery, and operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement. III. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations management , with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity . Strong knowledge of clinic workflows, healthcare regulations, and operational management. Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and strategic planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multi-task and lead organizational change. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. IV.
