Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Acts as a support to the Principal’s leadership team in the execution of programs such as BCP and safety program to remove hazards from the workplace and to correct unsafe work practices, to ensure continuous operation.
- Administer compliance tasks to Occupational Safety and Health Standards of DOLE and other OSH related legal requirements to both employees and vendors (contractors and suppliers).
- Implement compliance to environmental requirements as well as LGU and regulatory requirements.
- Implements employee and vendor safety program and establish safety culture across the business.
- Responsible for the administrative compliance on environmental and regulatory requirements of all water facilities related to operations and maintenance through development of programs and procedures to identify, monitor, update and improve compliance status including management of stakeholder and regulatory agencies applicable.
- Holder of any bachelors degree (Preferably in Engineering)
- Preferably with 2-3 years’ in the occupational safety and health and environmental field
- With technical training in the field of occupational safety and health, environmental or related area. Accredited Safety Practitioner of DOLE (SO2) and Pollution Control Officer accreditation are an advantage
- Must be highly organized, able to multitask and can work under pressure
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Must be proactive and able to work independently or with a team
