Design Support Under the guidance of the Chief Civil Engineer, interpret civil drawings and collaborate effectively with design teams and on-site construction personnel to resolve technical issues. On-Site Civil Construction Management Construction Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities such as earthworks, drainage, utilities, and foundations. Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards (e.g., OSHA), and project timelines. Coordination & Compliance Liaise with OE/Employer and contractors for regular inspections and material site acceptance. Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental laws, and building codes. Quality & Risk Management Attend and perform material testing, structural inspections, and soil analysis. Identify and mitigate risks through regular site inspections and audits. Resource Management Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement of materials and equipment. Supervise subcontractors and labor teams to optimize productivity. Reporting & Documentation Prepare progress reports, change orders, and as-built documentation. Resolve technical issues and address client or stakeholder concerns. Qualifications Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork orientation. Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and modern technologies (e.g., drones, GIS). Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic EPC environment. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD. Willing to be assigned in Ajuy, Iloilo . Can start ASAP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
