  • Audit Engagements & Risk Assessment
    • Conduct audits to identify risks and areas for improvement
    • Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and financial integrity
  • Follow-Through & Compliance Monitoring
    • Conduct regular follow-ups on compliance and management interventions
    • Ensure implementation and sustainability of recommendations
    • Track the percentage of recommendations implemented on time
  • Completion of Audit Plans & Engagements
    • Measure the completion rate of assigned audit engagements
    • Perform and oversee the full audit cycle, covering risk management, operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and regulatory compliance
  • Impact & Quality of Audit Engagements
    • Ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction
    • Identify gaps, recommend risk mitigation measures, and suggest cost-saving strategies
    • Document findings and maintain comprehensive audit records
