Docker Kubernetes Administrator
Location: Manila

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms. This includes working within a defined operating model and processes, providing hardware/software support, and implementing technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. The work includes troubleshooting at L1 and L2 (basic and intermediate) levels.

The Work:
As an Infrastructure Technical Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting production and development infrastructure and software systems. Your role will include managing Docker and Kubernetes environments, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of infrastructure across various platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading collaboration and ensuring the team meets deliverables.
- Drive strategic decisions within your team and contribute to cross-team planning.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to address critical operational challenges.
- Provide troubleshooting and solutions for Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure issues.
- Maintain system availability and optimal performance across production and development environments.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure health.
- Partner with DevOps teams to automate deployment, scaling, and operational processes.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes administration
- A strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Knowledge of networking and security in containerized environments
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience for infrastructure challenges
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash or Python
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

Additional Information:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Docker Kubernetes administration.
- This role is based in Manila.
