About the Opportunity:
NeksJob is seeking a Business Process Architect to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to design business processes, create essential documentation, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technologies and solutions, specifically focused on Kinaxis Rapid Response integration and optimization.

The Work:
As a Business Process Architect, you'll collaborate across teams, analyze business requirements, and drive the development and implementation of scalable and efficient business processes. You'll be hands-on in evaluating Kinaxis solutions, piloting initiatives, and leading the design sessions to deliver robust process integrations and enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as an SME, collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery and performance excellence.
- Drive end-to-end business process design, creating documentation for implementation and optimization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring all process and functional needs are met.
- Conduct user and task analysis, representing business requirements effectively across multiple teams.
- Evaluate business requirements during planning phases, architect suitable solutions, and work with the incumbent tools and processes.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) pilot efforts to extend and optimize Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.
- Participate in design reviews with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and refining processes.
- Provide hands-on expertise in solutioning Kinaxis platform integration and extendibility, ensuring optimal outcomes for operations.

Professional & Technical Skills
- Required Skill: Proficiency in *business process design and analysis.
Must-Have:
- Experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions evaluation and integration.
- Strong understanding of upstream planning, solution architecture, and process documentation creation.
- Hands-on experience in business process assessment, planning, and implementation.
- Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent business perspectives.
Good-to-Have:
- A foundational knowledge of data center operations or capital industry planning concepts.
- Experience in solution architecture, enterprise planning, and cross-system integration.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Process Architect.
- Strong educational background in *Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
