Quality Control Manager

Job Description:

• Ensure Compliance - Make sure products meet specifications and comply with regulations
• Supervise Inspectors - train and oversee inspectors who perform quality checks
• Schedule Inspections - plan inspections, audits and data collection
• Follow-up on Programs - ensure programs are followed, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Resolve Issues - take corrective actions for non-compliant items
• Review Documentation - check production records and other documents to verify compliance
• Coordinate with Clients - work with clients to ensure inspections are timely
• Document Deviations - record any deviations from quality standards

Qualifications:

• College Graduate with BS in Industrial Engineering
• 3–5 years experience in a managerial position
• Experience in handling Ceramics Manufacturing Industry

Quality Control Analyst

Job Description:

Collect information about the composition of chemical substances and process and communicate this information through science, engineering and mathematics. Develop and improve processes, equipment and formulas, and prepare compounds and solutions to conduct tests.

• Sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Prepare quality reports, including analytical reports
• Calibrate analytical equipment as required
• Develop and validate methods for finished products
• Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses
• Write and execute chemical testing procedures
• Maintain up-to-date documents for testing methods
• Operate laboratory equipment safely
• Record, analyze and report test results to Managers
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and laboratory supplies
• Support all Quality Control activities
• Maintain good relations and communication with team and customers
• Adhere to GMP and GDP
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Technology/Pharmacist
• 2+ years of direct lab experience in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical firm (advantage)
• Registered Chemical Engineer or Registered Chemical Technician (preferred)
• Knowledge of SOPs and GLP, GDP, and GMP
• Experience with deviation investigations and CAPA
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work in Bancal, Carmona Cavite; Monday–Friday schedule

Job Description:

• Monitor work in process in finish product inspection unit
• Schedule manpower and monitor performance in finish product inspection
• Double-check wares intercepted in the finish product area
• Record and update unit manpower efficiency
• Prepare memos related to production and quality concerns
• Prepare other reports related to the unit
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the working area

Job Description:

Quality Control Staff ensure that raw materials and finished products meet company quality standards, supporting food safety, warehouse integrity and production alignment through inspection, documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products
• Document findings and prepare inspection reports
• Monitor warehouse conditions and enforce traceability
• Coordinate with Production and QA to resolve quality issues
• Support food safety, HACCP, GMP and sanitation compliance
• Assist during audits with accurate data and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College degree in Food Technology, Microbiology or related field
• 1–2 years in quality control, food handling, warehousing or manufacturing
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and quality standards
• Detail-oriented, accurate documentation and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and with other departments
• Familiarity with inspection tools is a plus

Job Description:

• Perform sampling according to planned procedures
