About the Role As a Fleet Electrification Data Analyst, you will apply analytics on curated enterprise data and self‑constructed data sets to tackle complex business problems. Deliver hands‑on, cross‑functional solutions that enable the business with self‑serve and ongoing actionable insights. Responsibilities Provide guidance on describing enterprise or vehicle performance using statistical methods and craft ad‑hoc reports to share findings with business partners. Resolve ad‑hoc data and reporting needs in collaboration with leaders and managers. Build statistical models depicting company‑wide trends; test and validate data sets. Interpret data meaning and advise teams and leaders on leveraging insights to improve and streamline processes. Maintain structured documentation and data; use analytics methodologies to address business problems. Leverage on‑the‑job digital upskilling to train the community. Required Qualifications Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field. Strong communication skills, able to distill complex subjects for a wider audience. 2+ years proficiency in R or Python, with an understanding of their limitations. Experience in at least two analytical methodologies: statistical process/tools, descriptive/diagnostic analytics, machine learning, and/or text analytics. Data integration experience using SQL, Databricks, or KNIME. Business intelligence/reporting experience with Power BI, Excel, or Cognos. Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling/diagramming techniques. Preferred Qualifications Excellent collaboration and project management skills. Affinity with technology and familiarity with analytics tools and techniques. Highly motivated, willing to learn and take on new challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
