Overview Share Job Description Analyze, define, and enhance existing processes to boost productivity and minimize quality-related issues. Conduct certification and qualification of operators and technicians across various process stations. Evaluate and approve production materials and equipment. Enhance process designs and implement controls to meet customer specifications. Collaborate with Production, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Facilities teams to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and International Automotive Task Force (IATF)/Automotive Quality Management System (AQMS) standards. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: identifying special characteristics, setting quality objectives, facilitating relevant training, implementing corrective and preventive actions, managing customer scorecards and portals, and fulfilling other customer-specific requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or any related Engineering field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry. Skills: Proficient in computer applications Strong leadership and people management skills Highly analytical with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities Knowledgeable in statistical and quality tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and TCM Familiarity with automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc. Basic understanding of QMS, EHS, and IATF requirements, including customer-specific standards Working Location Note: If the position involves overseas work, exercise due diligence against potential fraud.
