  • 8+ years’ experience in top-tier consulting (MBB, Big 4, or specialist strategy/management consultancies).
  • Proven track record in business transformation, strategy execution, and advisory .
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-Suite leaders .
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and developing teams .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to establish and scale a new office.

This position offers a clear pathway to Partner level in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment with global reach.
