Reporting Analytics Specialist Straive Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources (ex. databases, spreadsheets, APIs) to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting. Report Development: Design, develop, and implement recurring and ad-hoc reports and interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools (ex. Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Excel). Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance metrics, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations. Visualization & Presentation: Create compelling and intuitive data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department leads, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions. Maintain & Optimize: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all reports. Continuously seek opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve existing reporting processes. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, and report logic. Ad-hoc Requests: Respond to specific data and reporting requests as needed, providing timely and accurate information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience (2+ years) in a reporting, business intelligence, or data analyst role. Experience with at least one major Business Intelligence (BI) tool (ex. Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Qlik Sense). Solid understanding of relational databases and strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
