Support clients by maintaining strong relationships and resolving compliance issues effectively. Collaborate with global teams in the Philippines and North America to deliver exceptional service. Enforce brand guidelines by applying client-specific rules and industry standards. Utilize graphic and multimedia design expertise to uphold creative standards. Qualifications Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. 1 year and 6 months of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role with a focus on enforcing brand guidelines. Strong background in graphic and multimedia design. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and compliance. Passionate about customer success and skilled in client communication. Willing to work night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM Manila time) to align with US and Canadian clients. Preferred skills Experience using SaaS platforms and customer success tools. Ability to spot patterns and apply compliance rules effectively.
