Job Summary: Graphic Designer with Video Editing Experience

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in video editing to join our in-house creative team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who excels in both execution and strategy, maintaining high design standards while collaborating with senior creatives on various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop brand assets for digital channels.
  • Create static and motion graphics for websites, ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Edit short-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Provide insights on creative best practices for branding and performance marketing.
  • Work closely with art direction and strategy teams to ensure cohesive visuals.
  • Assist in brand and campaign rollouts with design systems and style guides.
  • Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in an agency or creative studio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
  • Ability to design with a focus on performance and conversions.
  • Experience in developing assets for paid campaigns and optimizing based on feedback.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, motion, color, and storytelling.
  • Capable of working independently and suggesting creative improvements.
