Duties and responsibilities Perform design projects including analysis, evaluation, design reports, calculations, and drawings for projects that will be assigned in accordance with standards and GHD procedures. Ensure junior team members are adhering to delivery standards and essential procedures within set boundaries to execute tasks efficiently and meet defined deadlines. Coordinate activities with peers in the same discipline to meet deadlines and achieve set targets effectively. Work closely with UAE counterpart to establish resourcing, schedule and manage workload for the team, system and processes to deliver services to meet client expectations and requirements. Prepare design packages for projects of varying scale, within budget and schedule. Complete and review electrical design calculations, conduct technical review and quality control of design drawings and documents. Support in responding to RFIs when necessary. What you will bring to the team Minimum of +10 years’ design experience; experience in Middle East projects is a must. Extensive experience in engineering and design of HVAC systems. Experience in Life Sciences, including pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities. Experience in plumbing and firefighting design and well-qualified to review and lead public health design projects. In‑depth knowledge of fluid mechanics, pipe flow, and pump selection. Proven track record in building services design across various sectors including high‑rise, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, industrial, refurbishment, etc. Knowledge of heat‑load calculation and design software such as HAP, IES. Software capability in BIM360 and Revit. Detailed knowledge of international design standards, BSEN, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc. Location This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu, depending on your home base/location.
