Leads in delivering high-quality engineering packages for complex industrial projects.

Act as the key technical interface for Project Directors and Managers, providing expert guidance and resolving complex engineering challenges. Coordinate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders on all technical aspects, including detailed specifications for sub-supplies, to ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and leadership development within the team, while ensuring seamless integration of 3D design knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of mechanical engineers across multiple project scopes
  • Build and develop a team, establishing foundational processes and culture
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to foster technical and leadership growth
  • Ensure the on-time, complete, and quality delivery of engineering packages
  • Oversee technical execution, ensuring alignment with Bühler's engineering standards, EHS policies, and customer specifications
  • Resolve complex technical challenges and support project teams during design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Facilitate internal and external design reviews, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Maintain and allocate engineering resources effectively across projects.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track team performance against KPIs such as delivery timelines, quality standards, and rework rates.
  • Ensure compliance with Bühler's engineering processes, tools, and documentation standards.
  • Support the development and deployment of new tools and guidelines within the team.

These are the skills you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering degree Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, plant design, or project engineering
  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing engineering teams
  • Advanced know-how in 3D CAD tool
  • Proven track record in leading medium to large scale engineering projects
  • Proven experience in resolving engineering challenges
  • Highly experience in preparing and reviewing detailed project execution specifications and documentation
  • Proficiency in English
