Reporting to: Executive Manager

Location: Remote (UK working hours)

Type: Full-time

We operate multiple brands and sales channels across several international marketplaces, using operational excellence, agility, and attention to detail to drive brand growth, marketplace integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Mission of the Role

The primary mission of this role is to support Lioncrest's e-commerce operations by ensuring listing quality, rigorous reporting, account health, brand protection, and process improvements across multi-regional Amazon, eBay, and Shopify marketplaces.

Responsibilities
  1. Account Health & Compliance (Multi-Regional)
    • Proactively monitor and maintain account health across all Amazon, eBay, and Shopify marketplaces.
    • Quickly resolve issues such as stranded inventory, policy flags, and compliance notifications.
    • Regularly audit account status, inventory, and restriction alerts.
  2. Brand Protection
    • Identify and remove unauthorized sellers, hijackers, and duplicate or stolen listings across all platforms.
    • Manage Brand Registry cases for intellectual property (IP) protection, counterfeit, or copyright violations.
    • Maintain organized communication logs for all escalations and case actions.
    • Review and take down infringing offers, coordinating all necessary documentation.
    • Collaborate on strategy for Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) enforcement and develop anti-abuse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Stay up to date on brand protection trends and implement improvement initiatives.
  3. Brand Management
    • Audit, optimize, and elevate content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ pages/Enhanced Brand Content, and storefronts) to increase conversion and ensure brand consistency across all sales channels.
    • Conduct keyword research for organic content and advertising.
    • Track and analyze key brand metrics such as Buy Box win rate, order defect rate, suppressed listings, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor all new and existing SKUs for compliance, content quality, and discoverability.
    • Prepare detailed performance and trend reports for each brand and marketplace.
    • Support the onboarding of new brands and SKUs, ensuring compliant, high-quality listings.
    • Liaise with brand contacts and suppliers as needed.
  4. Listing Operations & Campaign Support
    • Execute regular listing optimizations and monitor for suppressed or inactive items.
    • Escalate compliance issues and implement advertising/promotion campaigns across all platforms.
    • Set up and track deals, Outlet promotions, and branded campaigns.
  5. Fee, Inventory & Order Support
    • Review and reconcile marketplace fees for each ASIN/SKU.
    • Raise and manage reimbursement or FBA remeasurement claims.
    • Track stock age, missing items, and manage orders as needed.
    • Analyze and report on fees, stock age, sales velocity, and supply chain metrics.
  6. Documentation & Team Collaboration
    • Log all major actions in Notion/Google Sheets.
    • Contribute to SOP and process improvements.
    • Attend team meetings and provide weekly updates to ensure alignment with objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, including Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Shopify.
  • Strong expertise inAmazon Brand Registry and multi-platform brand protection (listing, content, and IP enforcement).
  • Track record of supporting or leading brand management, content optimization, and international catalog projects.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce tools, includingHelium 10, Keepa, Sellerboard , spreadsheets, and Notion.
  • High attention to detail, excellent documentation, and communication skills.
  • A problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
