Overview

This is a remote position. An amazing opportunity to work with a leading Australian Property Management company within the Real Estate Industry for a talented and innovative experienced Web Design/SEO Virtual Assistant. Reporting to the principals and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organized, and experienced Web Design/SEO Virtual Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Building funnels and associated landing pages
  • Managing and administration of landing pages
  • Set-up and administration of bots, sequences, lead magnets and API’s
  • Build up a customer portal for property owners
  • Converting graphic, video, and written components into compatible formats for the web
  • Assisting the web design & development team with all aspects of website design
  • Using user feedback to identify and correct problems with the client's website
  • Testing and maintenance of client websites
  • Collaborating with developers to implement new web features
  • Recreate designs from scratch
  • Branding and logo creation
  • Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tips, and tricks
  • Ensure that the comps you submit meet the company Design Standards
  • Know how to use Salesforce to check for tasks and send updates to projects
  • Be collaborative with co-designers and share resources that may benefit the Design team as a whole
  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (+)
  • Must have at least 3-year experience as Web Designer
  • A strong understanding and experience with Search Engine Optimisation are a must
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design
  • Good visual design sense
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiar with common SEO tools and software (e.g., SEMrush and Screaming Frog)
Benefits
  • 1. Monthly Salary: Php 50,000
  • 2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
  • 3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  • 4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 5. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
  • 6. Laptop provided after 30 days
  • 7. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet
  • 8. Shift Time: 6AM - 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
  • 9. Bachelor’s degree (+) requirement and other listed qualifications
