Vendor Management Senior Specialist| Onsite| Makati City

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with Procurement team in the negotiation and management of vendor contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their vendor needs and requirements and ensure that vendor services align with business objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve vendor relationships and optimize vendor performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in vendor management to enhance the organization’s vendor management process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, or a related area is preferred.
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management/Account Specialist for at least 1 year (Non Negotiable).
- Must have experience in claims processes in life, Health or in General insurance for at least 1 year. (Non Negotiable)
- Experienced in Strong negotiation and contract management. (Non Negotiable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Non Negotiable)
- Experience in Email Management, Best Practices and Tools (Non-Negotiable).
- Knowledge or Experience in CRM Systems or any helpdesk software (Non-Negotiable)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Google Suites and other Microsoft Tools (Non Negotiable)
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem- solving skills. (Non Negotiable).
