Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Work closely with Procurement team in the negotiation and management of vendor contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements. Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards. Identify and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their vendor needs and requirements and ensure that vendor services align with business objectives. Continuously seek opportunities to improve vendor relationships and optimize vendor performance. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in vendor management to enhance the organization’s vendor management process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, or a related area is preferred. Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management/Account Specialist for at least 1 year (Non Negotiable). Must have experience in claims processes in life, Health or in General insurance for at least 1 year. (Non Negotiable) Experienced in Strong negotiation and contract management. (Non Negotiable) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Non Negotiable) Experience in Email Management, Best Practices and Tools (Non-Negotiable). Knowledge or Experience in CRM Systems or any helpdesk software (Non-Negotiable) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Google Suites and other Microsoft Tools (Non Negotiable) Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
