Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end management of IT/software projects from initiation to deployment; develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets; manage risks, issues, and dependencies; facilitate collaboration across development, QA, design, and support teams; provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Analyze project proposals to determine time frames and funding, schedule deliverables and tasks, and lead project team members through the lifecycle; establish work plans and staffing; perform risk assessment and mitigation; manage vendor contracts and project budgets; use project management tools (e.g., Jira) and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to remove roadblocks and ensure on-time delivery; maintain awareness of project scope and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated competency in a project management role involving multiple projects or a large project; experience in BU or BU-facing roles is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in progressive team leadership, preferably in cross-functional teams and complex contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with teams across different locations and time zones; strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in information technology project delivery; familiarity with Agile frameworks; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Certification in Project Management and/or experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are highly regarded.
