Technical design and development of quality automation solutions based on agreed architectural principles. Work with internal teams and product leads to identify automation needs or opportunities. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and organisational coding standards. Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards, addressing potential risks or vulnerabilities. Actively seek improvement opportunities, contribute to ongoing development and refinement of technology solutions, stay current with industry trends and share learnings. What makes you the ideal candidate? Essential Hands‑on experience with RPA and automation development. Willingness to learn new things, significant experience or understanding of automation approaches and AI libraries. Strong architectural design experience focused on scalable, reusable components. Strong problem‑solving mindset, quick learner, adaptable to emerging technologies. Proven experience in software development with a high level of autonomy, following best practices and coding standards. Desirable Experience with RPA tools like UiPath and Appian. Familiarity with no‑code platforms, agentic systems, and prompt flow engineering.
