Responsibilities

  • Client Requirement Understanding: Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials.
  • Client Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • CRM Management: Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Inquiry Response: Attending daily and regular calls and promptly responding to inquiry messages.
  • Email Management: Respond to daily emails consistently and ensure every inquiry is addressed.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Design Understanding: Ability to understand and present design concepts effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of interior design and sales processes is a plus.
  • Lead Management: Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role. (Mandatory)
