We are looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer who will support the company’s initiatives aimed at achieving Optimal Asset Utilization and Operational Excellence . This role involves challenging existing operational processes and actively identifying and facilitating the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the CI Manager .

The CI Engineer drives operational excellence by leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments. Key responsibilities include

Responsibilities
  • CI Activities Management
    • Deliver Lean/CI training and facilitate CI tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, problem-solving).
    • Update Value Stream Maps and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Lead CI campaigns and LIFE programs to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
  • Operations Support
    • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Analyze cross-functional processes to uncover efficiency gaps.
  • Best Practice Sharing
    • Promote and lead benchmarking and best practice sharing across teams.

The role requires strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills to influence change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline; preference for Industrial Engineering).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong conceptual thinking and ability to analyze production data using statistical methods.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in office applications and statistical analysis software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; experienced in creating technical reports.
  • Lean Expertise: Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and methods for driving improvement initiatives.
