Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline; preference for Industrial Engineering). Technical Proficiency : Skilled in office applications and statistical analysis software. Communication : Excellent written and spoken English; experienced in creating technical reports. Lean Expertise : Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and methods for driving improvement initiatives.
