Assist Planning Section Head in all DATEM Projects concerns. Prepare Overall Master Schedule. Study, prepare, verify and reconcile project time extension claims. Visit DATEM projects to oversee that site concerns are monitored and in order. Manage project site works in accordance with the schedule. Inform the Junior Planning Engineers regarding management concerns. Conduct training and seminars for Project Planning Engineers. Maintain records and compose correspondence relative to work. Attend meetings and project conferences to discuss department operations, proposals and techniques for problem resolution. Prepare executive weekly and monthly summary reports for the management. Prepare project daily, weekly and monthly reports. Conduct monthly meetings for junior and assistant planning engineers. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time. Educational Attainment Civil Engineering Graduate Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional Licensure Exam) Work Experience 3-5 years’ experience in the construction industry; experience with schedule preparation, reconciliations, analysis and other planning and engineering related tasks. Skills Required Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel. Highly organized and analytical. Results oriented. Detail oriented. Good communication skills: oral and written.
