The Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of the project life cycle: initiate, plan, execute, communicate, control, and close. The role requires familiarity with system scope, project objectives, and the ability to assemble and lead a cross‑functional team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities Manages projects from conception to production, ensuring delivery is in accordance with budget, timeline and quality standards. Develops and manages detailed project plan, aligns stakeholders and manages execution of tasks to achieve project goals. Makes project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation. Works closely with Resource Managers/Team Leads to ensure adequate allocation of resources. Measures project performance and progress using appropriate tools, identifies variances and performs corrective actions. Documents high‑level risks, assumptions, constraints and tracks mitigation and issue resolution plans. Manages changes to scope, schedule and costs and ensures project plan reflects authorized changes. Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas affected by the project, including senior and executive management. Communicates and reports status to executives and other stakeholders (status reports, executive briefings). Manages the project budget, works closely with the finance team to oversee financials and report project financials. Employs project management best practice methodologies within a framework that includes process definition, templates, tools and Strada standards. Works with third‑party providers to deliver contractual commitments. Drives process improvement initiatives within the project management domain and captures lessons learned. Accountabilities Ensure compliance to Strada standards across delivered projects. Escalate issues through appropriate channels for resolution and senior management awareness. Share best practice and key learnings to support continuous improvement. Deliver project reporting and maintain systems of information in accordance with Strada’s standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of professional experience; 3–5 years of PM experience. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience managing complex projects with tight timelines, multiple key priorities and global customers. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Fluent in English (written and oral). Experience with global customers and cross‑functional teams. Resourceful, confident under pressure with proven problem‑solving skills. Vendor management experience and ability to manage budgets > 1M. Desired Skills Experience with professional Project Management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
