Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficient financial reporting, managing and mentoring the accounting team, and maintaining strict adherence to government regulations and filings. Streamline financial processes for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain strict adherence to government regulations and filings. Effectively communicate financial information through memos, reports, and presentations. Provide professional and courteous assistance to students, parents, and staff regarding financial matters. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role. They will have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and government regulations, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role. Proven experience in overseeing all aspects of the accounting cycle. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and government regulations. Proficiency in accounting software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
