Job summary

Performs inspection of raw materials and packaging materials. Coordinates with other departments regarding quality assurance status of incoming materials.

Responsibilities
  • Check the completeness of delivery documents for incoming raw materials (DR, PO, SDS, COA, and other certificates) and packaging materials (DR, PO, and other certificates).
  • Provide assistance to the QA Analyst assigned in the IMI Laboratory in conducting analysis of raw materials and inspection of packaging materials.
  • Ensure proper operating conditions of test and measuring equipment during tests/analyses.
  • Ensure availability by monitoring inventory of chemicals used in the laboratory.
  • Prepare IMI inspection reports and submit them to the QA Analyst for review and approval.
  • Participate in root cause/problem-solving analysis involving the IMI Laboratory.
  • Monitor the inventory of laboratory glassware, general consumables, office supplies, and forms, ensuring their availability.
  • Ensure that copies of test results are properly filed and maintained (hard copies or electronic copies).
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
What we're looking for
  • Educational Background: College Graduate.
  • Work Experience: Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in a related field (e.g., quality control, laboratory support, documentation).
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Effective oral and written communication skills.
