Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, IT, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related roles. Good knowledge of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines. Experience in writing privacy policies and managing data protection procedures. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail. A Certification in Data Privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, NPC-certified) is an advantage. Experience in manpower, BPO, or service-related industries is an advantage. Familiarity with data privacy risk assessments, audits, and handling third-party compliance is an advantage. Job Summary: The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and compliance programs to ensure organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Focused on monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving systems to mitigate risks, strengthen controls, and enhance overall performance. Also, he/she is responsible for ensuring that TGServices, Inc. complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and related regulations.
