Job Description The HR Generalist occupies a central role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Human Resources department, encompassing a wide array of HR disciplines. This comprehensive position necessitates a profound grasp of HR best practices and an unwavering dedication to cultivating a positive and productive work environment. The HR Generalist acts as a crucial liaison between management and employees, thereby fostering a supportive and compliant workplace while making substantial contributions to the organization's overarching success. Key Responsibilities Employee Records and Data Management Manage employee data changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers. Generate required HR reports and analytical data. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Employee and Labor Relations Conducts new hire orientation. Facilitates employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintains best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources. Stays abreast of changes in labor laws and updating internal policies and procedures accordingly. Represents the company in conciliation meetings with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and prepares necessary documents. Offboarding Support Responsible for managing the Clearance & Exit Interview Process Monitor and update the Final Pay (FP) Tracker and provide necessary endorsements to Payroll in a timely manner HR Administration and Documentation Oversee HR-related correspondence, including letters, emails, and memoranda, if deemed necessary. Maintain and organize all human resources files and documentation. Provide support for the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Process employee requests and address employee inquiries, directing them to the appropriate HR point of contact. Compliance and Legal Ensure all Human Resources practices align with company policies and labor standards and regulations. Provide assistance in the preparation of document submissions for audits and compliance reviews. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in HR generalist functions. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Exhibits keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
