Job Description The HR Generalist plays a central role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Human Resources department. The position requires expertise across all HR disciplines and a commitment to creating a supportive, compliant, and high‑performing work environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain employee records (new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers) and generate compliance and analytical reports. Conduct new‑hire orientation and provide off‑boarding support, including clearance, exit interviews, and final pay tracking. Handle employee and labor relations: facilitate disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations, and liaison with the Department of Labor and Employment. Oversee HR documentation, correspondence, and policy implementation as needed. Ensure alignment of HR practices with company policies, labor standards, and regulations and support audit and compliance reviews. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in HR generalist functions. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
