Overview
Position Summary:
The Close out coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by managing the final stages of project closure. The position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to work closely with project managers and maintain accurate project documentation and financial data.
What Will You Do
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with project managers to coordinate and track project closure activities.
  • Documentation compilation: as-built drawings and final site plans, test results, photographic documentation of complete work, permits, approval and licenses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, licenses, and as-built drawings.
  • Analyze telecom information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Track and manage outstanding orders and materials.
What You Will Need
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the telecom industry and related documentation is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
