Summary:
Seeking a skilled Japanese Procurement Operations Specialist for Project Crescent. Lead and managed Accounts Payable Teams, ensuring KPIs are met and overseeing various functions. Requires expertise in AP operations, accounting principles, and exceptional leadership.

Responsibilities:

Supervise AP teams: Invoice Processing, Payments, Approvals, and Vendor Management.
Ensure smooth invoice processing, reconcile accounts, handle payments, and manage bank interactions.
Lead approval processes, monitor authorizations and manage vendor changes efficiently.
Collaborate across AP sub-teams, resolve escalations, and drive process improvements.
Requirements:

7-8 years in AP environments, strong accounting knowledge, and transition experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, and customer service-oriented.
Fluent in Japanese (N2 level to native) to exclusively support Japan.
Experience managing AP in a BPO setting, with a relevant degree.
