Nan Tian Group Ltd. Inc. is the parent company of Namsan Korean BBQ and Golden Noodle House (GNH), two of the fastest-growing Asian dining brands in the Philippines.

We are looking for a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operations, strengthen profitability, and lead the continued expansion of these two flagship brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of Namsan Korean BBQ and Golden Noodle House, ensuring efficiency and consistency across branches.

  • Develop and implement annual business targets (revenue, profit, customer satisfaction) to ensure sustainable growth.

  • Lead and manage the operations team, including branch managers, area managers, and support functions.

  • Optimize cost control, supply chain, food safety, and service quality to maintain profitability and uphold strong brand reputation.

  • Drive site selection, store openings, and marketing initiatives to expand brand footprint.

  • Establish and refine operational systems, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks.

  • Collaborate with the founding team to execute mid- to long-term strategic goals.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics, introducing innovative improvements for competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing restaurant chains, with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership roles.

  • Proven track record in managing businesses with an annual turnover of ₱10B+ (or equivalent scale).

  • Strong expertise in restaurant operations (operations, supply chain, P&L, and customer experience).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Familiarity with the Philippine and Southeast Asian F&B market preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong cross-cultural management abilities.
