To learn more about life at Lendi Group check out our blog: Job Description Join our Broker Admin Support Team, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative assistance to our Brokers, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, brokers, and our Client Solutions team. As a key member, you'll manage critical support tasks for closing or settling deals, emphasizing efficiency and meticulous attention to detail. What you will be doing: Data Entry and Processing: Accurately inputting loan applications, borrower information, and relevant data into the system, ensuring the integrity of our records with meticulous attention to detail and precision. Document Management: Managing crucial loan documents is foundational to our operations. You'll organize, scan, file, and retrieve these documents in strict adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements. Customer Communication: Engage with borrowers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate the loan application process, address inquiries, and uphold positive interactions. Administrative Support: Help keep things running smoothly by assisting Australian Brokers and stakeholders with tasks like scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and preparing reports. You'll also provide general administrative support, including keeping an eye on emails for important actions and keeping everyone updated on application statuses. Appointment and Meeting Management: Oversee appointments and meetings for Australian businesses while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and related documentation. Ad hoc tasks: May involve occasional monitoring and management of social media accounts, with the flexibility to respond to queries from clients and stakeholders as needed, to support a cohesive working environment. Additionally, it encompasses other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in: Mortgage Broker Admin Real Estate VA Loan Processing or Financial Services (e.g. lending, banking, credit, or compliance) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal you’ll be dealing with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organisation and time management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Experience with Australian mortgage processesor supporting AU-based clients is highly preferred. Bonus if you’ve worked as: Mortgage Broker Assistant (AU), Loan Processor, Mortgage Support/Admin VA, or similar roles Additional information Lendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines.
