Job Description Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives in the FMCG sector. Oversee the technology department's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Lead the evaluation and adoption of innovative technologies such as AI, warehouse, and logistics solutions to enhance business processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions. Manage IT budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols are in place and up to date. Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team. Monitor and report on IT performance metrics to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant Strong background in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Leadership experience in the tech function of an FMCG company. Proven track record in IT transformation, SAP improvement, logistics/warehousing tech, and AI‑driven projects. Skilled in IT strategy execution and aligning technology with business goals. Familiar with emerging FMCG technologies and trends. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
