Lead the evaluation and adoption of innovative technologies like AI, warehouse, and logistics, to enhance business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions. Manage IT budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Ensure cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols are in place and up to date. Provide leadership and mentorship to the technology team. Monitor and report on IT performance metrics to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful VP-IT should have: Strong background in IT, Computer Science, or related field Leadership experience in the tech function of an FMCG company Proven track record in IT transformation, SAP improvement, logistics/warehousing tech, and AI-driven projects Skilled in IT strategy execution and aligning tech with business goals Familiar with emerging FMCG technologies and trends Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills What's on Offer Competitive salary package ranging from PHP 350,000 to PHP 420,000 monthly.
