Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop content and materials to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Support outbound communication and client engagement activities.
  • Assist in lead generation and maintain accurate client records.
  • Manage digital platforms and online presence.
  • Create digital materials for campaigns and communications.
  • Provide administrative support and daily operational assistance.
  • Contribute to consistent company visibility and cross-team collaboration.
  • Support growth initiatives and strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable managing client communication via email and outbound calls.
  • Proficient in using basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with strong team collaboration skills.
